1. What types of payment do you accept?

2. Can I still order if I do not have a Credit Card?

3. Do I receive any confirmation email? How Do I check my order status?

Immediately upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Please review and save this email, because it will provide your order number, shipping address, and product(s) ordered.

Then your order will be processed within 48 hours. When your order is shipped via UPS, USPS, or Fedex, you will also receive a ship notification email with tracking numbers right after your order is shipped.

4. What kind of shipping methods do you have?/ How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped with USPS priority or UPS. Shipping should take 3-5 business days within the US.

5. Do you provide tracking informations?

We send tracking information to your email on all UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipments.

  • If tracking confirms "Delivery” but you have not received merchandise,

- Please first contact your local Post Office, UPS, FedEx.
- If unsuccessful, contact us to request confirmation.
- We are only able to refund to customer if shipping carriers refund to us.

  • If tracking information is unavailable and you have not received merchandise,

- We are only able to refund to customer if shipping carriers refund to us.
- If you request re-shipping of order you must pay re-shipping fee and 50% of the merchandise price.

 

6. How can I make sure you have inventory on the item that I want?

You may send us at ts@gravitythreads.com to check the stock status.

 

7. If the shipping charges are not being calculated or the checkout button will not let you check out ?

We have received feedback from some customers related to problems calculating shipping charges, or that the checkout page never retrieves the shipping charges to allow customer checkout. We have identified the problems to be associated with customer use of Ad Blocking Software of various brands or missing information.

To resolve check out problems please disable your ad blockers and firewalls and try again, or check if you filled out all the necessary information.

If trouble persists, try using Google Chrome as your browser as we have found that Google Chrome works very well when other browsers have trouble.

If you need assistance with this issue, please contact us at  ts@gravitythreads.com and we will either assist you in turning off the ad blocker software or manually process your order by over the phone.

8. Why do you charge restocking fee?

We do this to minimize the cost of the time and labor so that we can continue to be competitive and keep our low price policy.

9. What is your return policy?

Gravity Threads return policy is based on a simple premise: we want you to be happy with your purchase. We therefore guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product you order from us. If, for any reason, a product you order from us does not meet your expectations, then simply return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date. We will cheerfully provide a refund or an exchange, as you prefer.

Please contact us by ts@gravitythreads.com, before returning any items. If there is any discrepancy, customer must report within 48 hours upon arrival. Otherwise we will assume order was processed properly.

Returned titles must be in their original factory packaging. Please return using same shipping box to avoid any damage of package. Enclose with each returned title the following information:

  • Your name, email address and billing address.
  • A copy of your gravitytrading.com receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The reason why you are returning the title.

We will refund your money within 48 business hours of receipt of returned merchandise and it is subject to if the merchandise is still in original resalable condition. Otherwise restocking fee of 15% (minimum) to 100% (maximum) will be applied based on the conditions of returned item. For exchange of order, in most cases, restocking fee will not be applied. But restocking fee will be applied on 2nd or 3rd exchange of the order. We'll apply our refund/exhange rule and charge restocking fee on returned orders which did not follow our rule.

We issue full refund including shipping if 1) item received is a result of our error, 2) factory damaged items. Shipping fees are not refundable on all other return cases. Customer pays re-shipping on exchange of merchandise.

Customers returning goods do so at their own cost and are responsible for ensuring that the goods must be adequately packed to avoid any kind of damage in transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refusal of shipment. Returning incorrect or refused shipment will be charged 15% restocking fee.

10. I just ordered wrong Item, how do I cancel my order?

Please send an inquiry to "cancel order" email immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way we can stop it. You should refuse the delivery. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

 

11. If I returned my order for refund and I paid by credit card, what happen next?

We will send money to your paypal account or credit company as soon as we receive your return and it is subject to if the merchandise is still original resalable condition.
